• Kiara scheduled the first post at 8am EST on Friday (day of sale to start) when it was supposed to not be released till 9am EST (I Slacked her since she told us this on Thursday hoping to catch her so she can fix it before it goes live) (AL)
• Didn’t have access to Kiaras ClickUp account - AT Slacked me that it was in LP but it wasn’t there but she immediately gave access and added it to the team folder for me to access (AL)
• AT wanted Kiara to have the first post be:

• Changed the black friday landing page without realizing the / link was already chosen by AL … had to give an updated link to AT when the old / was given to Kiara (AL mistake for not sticking with what I said for the /) (AL)

• I took off a day during the week that we started BFP and team was out for Thanksgiving and Friday which isn’t a problem but realized next time around we’ll get this ready weeks in advance to not have to worry about it (AL)
