WRITTEN PROCESS
{We pause our Support Inbox at 5 PM Monday-Friday}
- Go to the Support Inbox
- Press 'Pause' on the top lefthand side
- In a second tab, open Notion and go to the 'Support Inbox Auto Response'
- Go to the Support Inbox tab
- Typically the message will have saved from the previous pause but if it is not saved and Boomerang’s auto message
- Under the 'Turn on Auto-Response' heading, delete the auto message
- Paste the message you copied over from Notion
- The 'Subject' section should already be filled in
- Click on the text in the 'Subject' line
- Ensure the subject line says:
- Hey there! Thank you for reaching out to Team Workflow Queen!
- Find the section labeled 'Unpause Automatically' on the bottom lefthand side
- Click the box that says 'After 2 hours'
- Click the calendar icon that pops up
- Select the next business day (EX: if you are pausing the inbox on Tuesday, you'd select Wednesday for the inbox to unpause)
- If it is Friday, select Monday so the inbox is paused throughout the weekend
- Change the time to 09:00 AM
- Click 'Confirm'
- Click the blue 'Pause' button

- IMPORTANT: You can’t use emojis in the Boomerang Auto Reply or it will not save the message!
