- Update all Google Drive assets to read bootcamp vs challenge
- Add column for # of days out on opt in spreadsheets for bootcamp
- Create better system for FB ads
Create a template for 22 Marketing Co. that also includes all the UTM tracking and stats
- Create a template for the launch comparison chart like MT had in place
- Layer in a webinar
- Create and send a poll to those that did not join the bootcamp after the last opt in email to ask them why they didn’t join
- Ask Brooke to help with sales calls
- Hate that I have to create balance numbers
- We need to run way more ads on the front end for the bootcamp and then run ads to those that signed up for the bootcamp to remind them to show up to the sessions, send things to nudge them to show up etc. because if we can increase our interaction then they are more than likely able to sign up
- Set up all the FB ads audiences and things for everything
- Create a separate Google Drive folder dedicated to just this bootcamp and also an Asana project as well
