- Your operations must be able to hold the capacity of the marketing and sales
- You need to make sure you have the operations down so you don't lose clients by not being able to keep up with them and the delivery
- You need to become the director of your play instead of the actor of your play (this is a totally different mindset and ball game)
Marketing
- We're not only marketing for clients but we're also marketing for people (selling for people to be apart of our team)
