We are dedicated to creating and maintaining an efficient environment that allows for us to get more output for less input. That means we are consciously aware of ways we can constrain tasks to get them done quicker, but more effectively and accurately. We always come prepared to work, we pass along details and information that allow team members to get the job done effectively and efficiently. We encourage team members to come up with more innovative ideas of how we can become more efficient within our company.

HEALTH IS WEALTH

Team Workflow Queen makes health their highest priority by putting their mental and physical health in the front of their mind. We must take care of our bodies and minds through exercise, meditation and fueling our bodies in a healthy manner. We encourage team members to push each other to take care of themselves. If you feel stressed, overwhelmed or just plain sluggish, we are here to listen and give advice when needed. The better we take care of ourselves, the more we can support others and serve our community better. Remember, health is wealth. Plus, we LOVE a friendly dose of competition around here, so let’s push each other to be the best version of ourselves!

We believe that everyone should feel supported throughout their working life at Workflow Queen. There is no such thing as a dumb question and we encourage different ways of thinking and doing. We believe that in order to build a strong foundation on the outside, we must first build a solid foundation inside, starting with our team. We do not talk down to each other, we listen to each other, support each other as we grow within the company. When we need help, we know that all team members will be willing to help and support wherever needed. We support each other by checking in, offering a helping hand when someone gets behind and showing your appreciation for all their hard work.

APPROACHABLE/PLAYFUL

Team Workflow Queen has a fun way of making our work environment one that they can come to and feel invigorated! Not only are we supportive, but we’re approachable and playful. Want to send a fellow team member a unicorn GIF to show appreciation? DO IT! Throw in your personality and showcase who you are and collaborate with your team members in a fun way. If a team member is having a bad day, don’t be shy and have a little playful banter and we encourage team members to approach management for us to work out sending a gift to this team member to cheer them up.

ACCESSIBLE

We believe that the team needs to be available to each other throughout the day and week. When someone needs assistance, needs an answer to a question or needs help, that we’re all there for each other. We must openly communicate with one another, and if you need to step away from work or you’re done for the day, make sure your team knows so they aren’t expecting an answer. We must be willing to share all that we can in order to help each other in the completion of projects and work.
