• I recently created a process that wasn't accurate and I didn't know it was broken till a team member asked me a question about it (don't get defensive with them, they just want to help) and I had to update the process + send them a Loom to update them as well
• Be ok with making mistakes and not always "knowing everything" and "doing everything right" because it will happen and your team should support you no matter what but you need to be honest with them

1. Mistakes will happen after you start to test your processes and you'll find holes that need to be plugged
2. You may not see the mistakes till you do the process
3. Be ok with making changes + updates to processes
4. Your processes will evolve with the growth of your company
5. Update your team on changes made to the process
