- Where she started and where she's at:
- Got into bookkeeper by accident from work that she loved it when they outsourced it (10 years)
- Started side hustle (BL) - to make a little extra money and got to a point to have to quit the other job and she decided to go with the business
- 2017 launched the business - summer of 2018 really settled in - 2019 clients came in - slow building with networking - then COVID and that shut a lot of the business down - 2020 she was rebuilding the business, tried to hire a contractor and training and it didn't work out - 2021 if she can't make this business start to grow then she has to quit to get a job at end of 2021 - signed up for KOWA, couldn't have the time to implement - took a business coaching program for marketing (she struggled with this) - it's marketing it's systems and processes because she can't handle the capactiy (realized that's why the contractor didn't work) - end of June went hardcore into systems and processes - NOW it's continuing into the systems and processes to ideally to hire, don't want to be the person doing it all, bring them on to a job that you make your schedule, they want them to have the freedom while earning a great living

- Revenue/monthly: $3000 gross
